In-Active Members - Explained!

I have decided that when Members become inactive, stop posting or just don't visit the forums no more, i will make them "In-Active".

What Does This Mean?

Theres a specific section, for the Admins use only, where they can place users in the "In-Active" Section or mark their username as "In-Active".

First, may I remind Admins that If you are going to mark users as "In-Active", please use this command sensibly, otherwise you will face concequences.
